Europeans announce judges

The judges for this year's main events in Stavanger have been announced.

EBBA
 

EBBA has released the line of judges whose job it will be to decide who leaves Stavanger on Staurday night as European Champion.

The test piece section on Friday night will be judged by:

• Nigel Boddice, Scotland
• Arvid Anthun, Norway

Meanwhile, the own choice section on the Sarturday will be judged by:

• Jens T. Larsen, Norway

The B Section contest will be judged by:

4th European Conductors Competition

Meanwhile the 4th European Conductors Competition has already got under way and after the first successful day the following participants go into the 2nd round today.

March 5 • Marple Band are looking to fill the following vacancies. Cornet( back row), Bb Bass and Kit percussionist vacancies to join our fabulous band. We are a friendly ambitious 2nd Section band.


Chelmsford Silver Bnad

March 5 • Front row cornet and horn players. We are a very friendly, active, non competition band established 75 years performing regularly in Chelmsford & Essex. Rehearsals averaging 25 players on Wednesday evening at Broomfield Methodist church Chelmsford CM1 7AG
