Besses welcome new quartet

Besses o' th' Barn has welcomed a quartet of new signings as they look towards their 201st season.

After an enjoyable 2018 celebrating their 200th anniversary, Besses o' th' Barn is preparing for the new contesting season with the news of four new signings.

Signings

The band welcomes Lisa Thompson on flugel, Claire Loveday on cornet and Pam and David Black on trombone and cornet respectively to bring the band almost up to the brim of full strength before their Blackpool Regional Championship appearance.
