Marketing Coordinator Salvation Army Trading Company Ltd (SATCoL) was formed in 1991 and its primary aim is to provide The Salvation Army with resources to enhance its Mission.
Our business continues to see exceptional growth and we now have an opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator.
Role:
You will be part of a team who are responsible for the overall marketing strategy within the company.
You will support in identifying marketing opportunities and promotion to help improve profitability whilst ensuring branded communications are effective.
This position is based at our Support Centre in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire.
Main Responsibilities:
Working as part of the marketing team across the SATCoL divisions, helping to develop strategic marketing opportunities and implementing sales plans.
Being responsible for marketing initiatives including customer data, e-marketing, social media, liaising with stakeholders, suppliers, partner organisations and internal stakeholders
Design work with Photoshop and InDesign software
Ensuring that the company is engaging with target audiences and producing suitable marketing materials to drive product sales and income.
The ideal candidate will:
Have experience of Adobe Design Software
Have previous marketing experience (essential)
Have experience of working with mail chimp or similar software
Have good social media awareness
Have excellent communication and analytical skills
Have flexible and innovative thinking
Have commercial awareness
Have an interest in music
This position comes with an attractive package which includes a salary of circa £20k, a non contractual company bonus scheme, 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
