It appears that a couple of expensive British Open stand banners may have become accidental mementoes for someone following the recent contest at Symphony Hall.

And the organisers are putting out a special plea for the return of two items as contest controller Frank Hodges told 4BR: "We are asking for them to be returned, as they are expensive and form part of a full set that all the bands use when they play in the stage at the contest."
