The British Federation of Brass Bands is urging delegates from its member bands to attend its forthcoming Annual General Meeting later this month.

The AGM could well see the long awaited proposals for the organisation to officially become Brass Bands England being passed – although only if there are enough members in attendance to meet the voting criteria.

BFBB Chairman Robert Morgan MBE, told 4BR: “It is essential that as many member bands attend the meeting, which will provide the opportunity for the establishment of Brass Bands England. I would urge all member bands to send their representatives.”
