Sunday night was the finale of the summer series of concerts hosted by Darley Dale Cricket Club in Derbyshire.

A total of £406 was raised which will be donated to the two chosen charities Alzheimers Society & Cancer Research4BR

13 bands

Throughout the summer 13 different local bands performed at Darley Dale on a Sunday evening. By having a raffle & collection each band went away with an average of £300.

The finale was a 'Last Night of the Proms' concert conducted by Mark Wilcockson with a scratch band consisting of players who had performed throughout the summer.

The cricket club plan to host another series next summer hopefully starting in June.
