The Dronfield Band has announced the appointment of Simon Gresswell as their new Musical Director.

The vastly experienced tuba player has enjoyed tenures with many of the finest bands in the UK and has also enjoyed considerable conducting success with the likes of Enderby, Yorkshire Imperial, and more recently Hucknall & Linby.

He takes on the role with immediate effect.
