To the sound of 'The Earl of Oxford's March', played by family and friends, Kirsten Lindhardt walked up the aisle in Lyngby Church, Copenhagen on June 6th, to marry Allan Withington.
Late draw
From an unusual, late draw, everything looked promising and with solos from Martin Winter, Pia Withington and the groom himself, the stage was set.
Innovative
Innovative programme planning made it possible for the congregation to sing the hymns in both Danish and English simultaniously and to the majestic music of Handel's 'Queen of Sheba', Kirsten did indeed walk out of the church as Mrs Withington.

Boat ride
A beautiful boat ride ensured that the guests arrived safely to the post wedding party.
Martin Winter then did an excellent job as Master of Ceremonies binding together an evening of romance, humour and music making.
The happy couple told 4BR that they would like to express their gratitude for the many heartfelt notes of congratulations received from bands' people everywhere.
