Extensive coverage

As part of the coverage 4BR will be giving to the Lower Section National Finals in Harrogate on the 27th and 28th September this year, we will need as much information as possible about the competing bands to ensure that our 100,000 readers per week from all over the world will know all about your band as they prepare to take to the stage.

We therefore need your help!

Over the past few years we have tried to give as much coverage as we can to the Finals, and this year 4BR will be out in force in Harrogate to report live from the contest. All the usual coverage pre contest and post contest will be given, as well as our usual dodgy predictions and ‘live’ coverage of each performance.

Your opportunity

This is your opportunity to blow your own trumpet about your own band. Whilst at rehearsal, please check someone within your band has seen the news item and if it's not in the process of being collated, why not volunteer to pull the information together on behalf of your band? We would be very grateful please if you can get the information to us by Saturday 13th September

The run up though means that we need information on each of the bands so that they can get a full entry on the 4BR previews.

The help needed:

We therefore would like the bands competing at the Finals to help us by sending the following information to news@4barsrest.com

a) When formed
b) Major contest achievements

d) Your bands website address if you have one

5. What the band thinks of the test piece you are playing.

If you can get all this to us by Saturday 13th September , then we will be able to put all your details up on the site. If there are any problems then please let us know through news@4barsrest.com.

Hope to hear from you all soon.
