The Section 1-4 National Finals are in York this weekend

There will be plenty of great music to enjoy over two packed days at York, Barbican this weekend.

The contest weekend is being held at York Barbican

The UK contest focus this weekend will be on York Barbican where the Section 1-4 National Finals take place.

The venue offers he opportunity to listen in comfort as the bands take to the stage in teh four sections of competition.

Due to family commitments 4BR is not providing band by band coverage of the performances but will provide full news reports as soon as possible.

Saturday 19th September:

Section 2:
Draw 7:45am
Start: 9:00am

Section 1:
Draw: 12:45am
Start: 3:15pm

Sunday 20th September:

Section 4:
Draw: 7:45am
Start: 9:00am

Section 3:
Draw: Noon
Start: 2:30pm

Parking and recording

Public parking is in Q-Park via Kent Street, behind the venue.

World of Brass will be video recording the performances and releasing the footage on its www.Wobplay.com multi-media platform 2 hours after the conclusion of each section.
