Although composer Simon Dobson is perhaps best known in the brass band world for his works such as 'Jesus in Tibet' and 'Penlee', he has also been making a huge splash with his other musical activities — including the release of his latest album — 'Dopamine Hits Vol. 1'.
Real stir
It's caused a real stir and a single from the album was recently featured on Radio 6Music.
The album is a collection of songs and pieces from the last seven year's of the Cornish composer's life — what he calls, "a snapshot of my emotional and creative timeline".
Explorations
Released in July, the 3 tracks feature him in and friends in different moods and explorations — from a piano 'Prelude' and dance bangers all sorts of things in-between.
