'Bandstand' is a weekly one hour programme each Wednesday at 7.00pm is hosted by presenter Lucas Burns with the aim to, "celebrate the richness of brass and wind repertoire."

For this special programme it offers the chance to enjoy some of the musical highlights of Black Dyke Band's recent return to the BBC Proms under Director of Music, Prof. Nicholas Childs and featuring guest soloist, David Childs.
