Adjudication change for Cheltenham

Anne Crookston will join the adjudication team for the Second Section National Final to replace Nicholas Garman.

Kapitol Promotions Ltd has confirmed that Anne Crookston will take the place of Nicholas Garman as part of the adjudication panel for the Second Section National Final at Cheltenham on the weekend of the 16th & 17th September.

Experienced

Commenting on the appointment, Philip Morris, Managing Director, Kapitol Promotions Ltd said: "Nicholas Garman has been asked at short notice to undertake an important engagement in India, so is therefore unable to undertake his adjudication and Association of Brass Band Adjudicators mentorship responsibilities at Cheltenham.

However, we are delighted that such an experienced adjudicator in Anne Crookston can step in and we look forward to working with her in a couple of weeks' time."

Anne's CV includes adjudicating roles at the European Championships, Regional Championships, Brass in Concert, UniBrass, Swedish and Danish Nationals amongst others.

I was happy to accept the invitation to adjudicate the Second Section Final and look forward to working alongside Mark Wilkinson and Alan BourneAnne Crookston.
