Daws in demand at Europeans

Getzen trombone artist Izzy Daws will be one of many visitors to the Band Supplies trade stand at Symphony Hall — so why not come along and say hello.

Getzen trombone artist Isobel Daws will be joining supporters and fans making the trip to Birmingham this weekend to enjoy the action at the European Brass Band Championships.

Isobel, who has just started on the next exciting chapter of her musical career at the prestigious Karajan Academy, the graduate arm of the world-renowned Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra will be visiting the Band Supplies trade stand Saturday 30th April to help showcase the new Getzen 4147IB Custom Reserve Trombone.

So why not pop along from 1.00pm where Isobel will be able to answer questions and have a chat about the trombone, as well as talk about just what its like to be playing in Germany alongside the performers of one of the orchestral world's great 'bands'!.
