Pennine Music has announced that their international customers will now be able purchase many of the titles in their catalogue as digital download PDFs to print off.
The new PDF download option will see music emailed to them directly with a PDF file containing their purchase. This purchase option is however, currently only available for non-UK customers.
Great new way
Pennine Music owner, Gavin Somerset told 4BR: "We've had many bands from across the world asking us to make this possible due to the time and money it takes to get music sent internationally.
This is a great new way for our ever increasing customer base from outside the UK to now be able to purchase their music. Paper is essentially quite heavy and it only takes two or three music titles to significantly increase the postage costs to places like the USA, Australia, Japan etc.
Now bands will be able to spend more of their budget on music and not the postage costs incurred. Not to mention of course, the music will be with them within 24hrs instead of waiting sometimes up to three or four weeks."

Go and check
Whilst most of the music titles in the Pennine Music catalogue are now available for purchase via download, not all of the titles in the catalogue are available to be purchased digitally. This is due to copyright licences and restrictions in place on certain pieces.
