Lee Downie, the former Band Manager and percussionist of the Flowers Band is to stand trial accused of the making and distribution of child pornography.
Downie, who resigned from the band in May this year, faced eight charges when he appeared before Cheltenham magistrates on Friday (November 25th) including making indecent movies of category A and B of children and of distributing the pornography to others.
He is also charged with recording others doing a private act for his own sexual gratification without their knowledge.
He was granted unconditional bail until December 9th, when he will stand trial at Gloucester Crown Court.
