Loved to learn
A band spokesperson told 4BR: "Angus loved to learn and had attended a number of trombone and low brass workshops, and had friends in other groups all over the country.
He loved the social side of banding and had many stories to tell in the pub with friends after rehearsals. He will be sorely missed by everyone in Scottish banding."
