Advert: Wessex Tubas

Wessex Tubas continues to grow and develop thanks to great instruments at great prices that impress the very best players around.

Wessex Tubas

The continued growth and success of Wessex Tubas was certainly seen at first hand at the Low Brass Day at Birmingham Conservatoire on the weekend.

Busy

With an extensive range of instruments on show on the trade stand, owner Jonathan Hodgetts was kept a busy man with the tremendous amount of interest shown in the new compensated EEb tuba with gold brass leadpipe and all nickel-silver slides – all at around a third of the price of many rivals.

Top performers

Top performers from many bands – including Foden’s and professional tuba star Graham Sibley of the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra, remarked on the quality and performance of the new instrument – a sure sign that Wessex Tubas, reputation continues to impress the very best.

We had a great deal of interest and feedback on the full range of instruments – and I will now be busy keeping our growing list of customers happyJonathan Hodgetts

Interest and feedback

Jonathan told 4BR: "We had a great deal of interest and feedback on the full range of instruments – and I will now be busy keeping our growing list of customers happy."
