A bumper entry of 35 bands will take the stage for the the Buxton Brass Band Festival on Sunday 29th April.
Resonate
The Octagon Theatre at the Pavilion Gardens will resonate with the best of brass band music with adjudicators John Berryman and Steve Pritchard-Jones in the box.
This will be the 49th time the popular contest will take place after fears that it could be lost last year due to the Royal Wedding.
Great work
Thanks to the great work of the organisers the event has in fact gone from strength to strength, as the entry for this year’s contest has exceeded all expectations.
The music will start at 9.00am and go on throughout the packed day.
All day tickets will be available from the box office on the day only.
Tickets are £8 adults £6 concessions)
