Orchestral lead at Verwood

Kevin Smith, bass trombonist of the Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra is the new man at the helm at Verwood Concert Brass.

Verwood Concert Brass has announced the appointment of Kevin Smith as their new MD.

Orchestral bass

Kevin studied at the Royal Academy of Music and spent several years working with the London Symphony, BBC Symphony, London Philharmonic, Royal Philharmonic, the Philharmonia and the Orchestra of The Royal Opera House. He has been Principal Bass Trombone of the Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra for the last 18 years.
