Besses Boys have announced the signing of Eb Bass player Callum Stewart.

Callum previously played for Hawk Green, Hazel Grove and Old Silkstone and will join Lee Forde and Paul Garrett in the new look bass section.

This signing means as a band we are only a couple of spaces short for this year and we hope to have a year as good as the last as we begin life in the Third SectionJames Holt

Speaking to 4BR, MD James Holt said: "Callum is a great player who I knew from my conducting with Stockport Schools. He is a solid performer and makes a great addition to an already strong section."
