New Boob job

A brand new Boobs & Brass CD is set to be launched this weekend.

Boobs

After the critically acclaimed solo CD released last year by John Lee, backed by the fabulous Boobs & Brass, 4BR has been informed that the girls are back with John again – and this time with a host of top class soloists for their second CD release.

More than Brass

Entitled, ‘More than Brass’ it features Mark Walters (flugel), Michelle Ibbotson (soprano), Alison Bonnar (euphonium), Carol Jarvis (trombone), John Lee (flugel) and the euphonium legend Trevor Groom, who join the band as they bid to raise even more money for the ongoing Breast Cancer Campaigns. This year the girls have chosen a project in Sheffield, headed by Professor Nicola Brown from Sheffield University.

Great tracks

‘More than Brass’ tracks include a host of easy listening items and some fantastic solo playing as you might expect from the stars who have given freely of their time to support a great cause.

And 4BR has just got their hands on copies which will be reviewed on
the site and up for sale before Christmas.

Buy direct

Alternatively, why not just support the campaign by getting a CD direct from the girls.

The CD is available now from Maggie at Boobs & Brass on 07833 663448www.boobsandbrass.com or Keith Farrington at Music House Productions on 01706 365167 www.musichouseproductions.co.uk

The CD itself will be officially launched at a concert at the Cutlers Hall in Sheffield on Sunday 11th December4BR
