Advert: Centre Stage Uniforms

Masterful banner service from Centre Stage uniforms.

Centre Stage

Centre Stage uniforms has provided the 2011 All England Masters International Champion, Tredegar, with a lasting memento of their victory at Kettering earlier this year.

Banner

Managing Director Martin Gernon contacted the band after hearing about the recent refurbishment of their bandhall and offered to provide them with a commemorative banner to celebrate the achievement.

Tradition

He stated: "Centre Stage is now producing high quality commemorative banners, including those now being used at the National Finals at the Royal Albert Hall next weekend.

Martin added: "Winner’s banners have always been a part of banding history and we are proud to be able to carry on what is a wonderful tradition. We were delighted to be able to produce a banner for Tredegar to hang with pride in their bandroom."

Wonderful gesture

Tredegar’s MD Ian Porthouse was presented with the banner at the recent National Finals in Cheltenham, and told 4BR:

"It a wonderful gesture from Centre Stage, and a fantastic way for visitors to our bandroom to be reminded of our achievement. A banner of this quality is a great way for bands to show their visitors, players and supporters just how successful they have been.

I’m hoping we will be able to get our hands on a few more over the coming years!"
