There is to be a Junior Trombone Day in South Wales early next month.

Organised by the British Trombone Society, it will be open to players who have just started all the way to those progressing towards Grade 5 in standard.

The free event will see the young trombonists being given the opportunity to work with the trombone players from the BBC National Orchestra of Wales, the Welsh National Opera and the RWCMD trombone choir.
In addition the Rogiet Primary School trombone choir lead by Jo Hirst and a few other special guests will be providing plenty of fun, games interactive events, massed rehearsals and plenty of trombone teaching.

Where and when
The event will take place on Sunday 5th June at Rogiet Primary School, Station Road, Caldicot, starting with registration at 9.330am.
All you have to do is bring your trombone, music stand, packed lunch and appropriate footwear for lunchtime games.
