4BR has revealed that a formal insolvency proceedings notice was issued on 19th August 2010 by J C Handley, Director of Tor Designs & Marketing Ltd.

Speculation about the company had been aired for some time, but it has now been confirmed through publication in the London Gazette on 31st August (the formal publication for such legal notices).

The notice is publicly available by law (available to view online at: http://www.london-gazette.co.uk/issues/59532/notices/1194102/all=tor+designs or in printed form (issue dated 31st August 2010)).

Anyone who is owed money/goods by the company need to make their formal claim to the stated insolvency practitioner by no later than 12.00 noon on 9th September.
