Having recently returned from his performance at International Tuba and Euphonium Conference in Arizona, tuba star Les Neish won’t be home for long as he makes the journey north to Scotland to give workshops on the 4th and 5th of June.
Inspirational
Les has made an inspirational contribution to the development of youth brass playing in Scotland over the last few years and his latest venture will see him lead a workshop on Friday morning for the Inverclyde Music Service at Port Glasgow Salvation Army Hall.
On Saturday afternoon Les will be working with Lynda Nicholson and Kirkintilloch Youth Band at St Mary’s Church Hall.
It really is a pleasure to be part of the youth development in Scotland and I enjoy watching the youngsters progress into wonderfully, talented musiciansLes Neish
