After seven years at an alternative venue, the Wessex Band Summer School is to return to its ‘spiritual’ home, Sturminster Newton High School.

Atmosphere

The Wessex course spent many years in the picturesque town of Sturminster Newton and the local area, with the time really building the atmosphere of the course.

The course has also announced that it has secured the Exchange Theatre in the town centre for both the Junior and Senior Band concerts at the end of the course.
