The Pontin’s Brass Band Festival will take place later this year on the weekend of the 22nd October, celebrating 37 years of contesting support to the British banding movement.
Increased prize fund
A spokesperson told 4BR: "The schedules and entry forms together with all necessary contest details, including a revised prize structure, with a greatly increased prize fund, are in the post to all potential bands."

As a result of consultation, changes such as borrowed players, registry information system, pre-draw, and variation on the grading system have all been adopted in order to enhance the Festival.
