The Ipswich Charity Concert Committee has announced details of its concerts for 2010.
The Household Troops Band of the Salvation Army will appear at the Ipswich Corn Exchange on 27th March whilst Cory will take to the stage 12th June.
Bands
Committee secretary, Tim Mutum told 4BR: "We are delighted to be welcoming both bands for their first visit to Ipswich. We are also very grateful for continued financial support from Ipswich Borough Council, whilst for the 20th successive year the East of England Co-operative Society will be the principal sponsor of our summer concert."

Beneficiaries
Beneficiaries from the two concerts will be the Ipswich Salvation Army Citadel building fund, the National Association for Colitis and Crohn’s Disease and the Ipswich Hospital Ear, Nose and Throat Equipment Fund.
Money raised
Last year’s concerts, featuring Fairey and Black Dyke – both of whom played to capacity audiences — raised £3,570 for charity. Since 1990 the Ipswich Charity Concert Committee has presented 41 concerts and raised £60,125 for charity.
