Gwent ready for 50th celebrations

Gwent Youth Band are putting the final touches to their 50th year celebrations — and need people to help them out...

The Gwent Youth Brass Band celebrates its 50th Anniversary next year and a Reunion Band comprising of former members of the GYBB and its forerunner, the Monmouthshire Youth Band, will join the current Youth Band and the Gwent Intermediate Band for a Concert on Sunday 3rd of January.

Rehearsal

The concert will take place at Ebbw Vale Leisure Centre at 3.00pm, with a rehearsal taking place at Ebbw Vale College (Coleg Gwent) between 10.00am and 1.00pm.

A bar and buffet will be available after the concert, to allow players to re-new old friendships.
