Lofthouse 2000 to welcome Rushen Silver from across the Irish Sea.

As part of their current 10th Anniversary celebrations, Lofthouse 2000 will be playing hosts to Rushen Silver Band from the Isle of Man during the August Bank Holiday weekend.

As part of their visit both bands will be performing a joint massed band concert as well as having a great time making new friends.

Yorkshire welcome

"We are looking forward to welcoming Rushen Silver Band to Wakefield and we hope to show them some real Yorkshire hospitality," Musical Director Andrew Whitaker told 4BR.
