The principal players for the current NYBBGB Course have been announced.

National Youth Brass Band of Great Britain principals have been announced for their current Summer Course.

Concerts

The National Youth Brass Band of Great Britain Summer Course is taking place from 1st August to 8th August at Bromsgrove School and Framlingham College.

The band conclude their course with concerts on Friday 7th August at the St. Edmundsbury Cathedral, Bury St. Edmunds and Saturday 8th August at St. Andrew’s Hall, Norwich.

Both concerts start at 7.30pm.

The concerts will be directed by the NYBBGB's Artistic Director, Bramwell Tovey and will feature Guest Soloist Glyn Williams4BR

Guest star

The concerts will be directed by the NYBBGB's Artistic Director, Bramwell Tovey and will feature Guest Soloist Glyn Williams accompanied by the NYBBGB.

Glyn will be performing John Golland’s 'Euphonium Concerto No 1' and 'Euphony' by Robert Redhead.

The NYBBGB programe will include 'Contest Music' by Wilfred Heaton, 'Masquerade' by Philip Wilby and 'Labour and The Holy War' by Ray Steadman-Allen.

The Music Staff includes Phillip McCann, John Berryman, Alan Wycherley, Sheona White, Katrina Marzella, Glyn Williams, John Maines, Nick Etheridge, Simone Rebello, Simon Dobson and Alison Procter

Banks Brass Band
