As Glossop Old Band start their campaign at the Midlands Area contest this weekend, the band has revealed a little known fact about its history which dates back 180 years — they like to keep things close to home.

Unusual?

It is by no means unusual to find family members playing alongside each other in the banding world, but the present Glossop Old line up must take some beating.
