Paul Lovatt-Cooper has spoken exclusively to 4BR following the announcement of his latest work, 'Within Blue Empires' as the set work for the English National Championships.

Paul talks about the inspiration for the work, his decision to relinquish his position with Black Dyke for the contest, and the ground breaking presentation he will give on 4BR on the piece.
