Sydney tuba player, Adam Arnold, will join the ranks of top French band Aeolus Brass Band from Paris, in the Honneurs Section of the French Nationals being held on Sunday 25 January.

Adam, a member of Gunnedah Shire Band, is currently spending some time abroad whilst on leave from the Australian Navy band.

Michael Forsyth's work chosen

'Alea jacta est' by Sydney composer, Michael Forsyth, has been chosen as the Test Selection for the top grade — the Honneurs Section.

This work was the A Grade test selection at the New South Wales Championoships in 2007.
