With a specialised group travel team, flexibility with bookings and flights to 27 destinations from Birmingham International, East Midlands, Manchester and Cardiff International Airport, bmi baby provides the perfect solution for every band’s travel needs.

Dedicated

The dedicated group bookings team is available to help arrange bookings for groups of over 30 people, just call 0871 224 0224. For groups of less than 15 people, bookings can simply be made online by visiting www.bmibaby.com

Flexible

bmi baby offer flexibility with group bookings. Passengers can simply make a reservation and pay a 30% deposit, then make the final payment two weeks later. This allows travel organisers to finalise plans and raise the necessary funds.

The booking can also be made under one passenger name, with the organiser confirming full names of all passengers travelling at a later date.

On board

The airline allows one small musical instrument per passenger to be taken onboard as a second item of cabin luggage, please note this must fit in the overhead locker. Larger instruments can also be taken onboard, providing they fit in an airline seat.

Small price to pay

An additional seat for each instrument must be purchased, although the second seat for the instrument excludes taxes and charges. Alternatively for instruments to go into the hold, bmi baby charge just £17.99 per instrument per flight, when booked on the bmi baby website.

bmi baby operate flights from four UK Airports: Birmingham International, East Midlands, Manchester and Cardiff International Airport to: Aberdeen, Alicante, Almeria, Amsterdam, Barcelona, Belfast International, Cork, Edinburgh, Faro, Geneva, Glasgow International, Ireland West Knock, Jersey, Krakow, Lisbon, Mahon, Malaga, Milan (Bergamo), Murcia, Nice, Newquay, Palma, Paris (CDG) Perpignan, Prague, Toulouse and Warsaw.

Cambrian Brass
