Last Saturday Elland Silver led by Phil Shaw were certainly 'Flying High' when it performed a charity concert for the Yorkshire Air Ambulance.

The concert featured some of the bands soloists, including solo trombone Richard Knight on 'The Acrobat', soprano, Helen Robinson and flugel, Pete Laidler with 'Pieu Jesu' and euphonium, Andrew Whitham on 'For You Alone'.
