Philip Biggs has announced that the 2008 All England Masters Champions, Desford Colliery Band have finalised their programme for their Gala Evening Concert performance at Regent Hall Brass Arts Festival at Regent Hall, Oxford Street, London on Saturday.
Challenge
Desford will be conducted by Nigel Seaman, who directed the band to victory at Cambridge in May, and who will also be conducting the band’s challenge for National honours at the Royal Albert Hall earlier in the day.
The programme includes two world premieres and the Principal Trombone of the London Symphony Orchestra, Dudley Bright will be making a special guest appearance as Narrator in 'Henry V'.
