Welcome back

SCABA is delighted to welcome back as adjudicator Roy Sparkes whose pen will be poised as he listens to a hymn tune and test piece from each band.

This is the first contest for the newly elected and newly married Jane Stewart.

Jane said that she was looking forward to undertaking her new responsibilities and was delighted that entries were already coming in. She also went on to say that Folkestone is an ideal place for a band to have a weekend away.

Schedule

There are many good hotels in the area and for ease and convenience there is also a Premier Inn and the very newly opened Holiday Express.

The contest schedule can be downloaded from the SCABA website at www.scaba.co.uk

Closing date for entries is 6th September.
