Shirland appoint new MD

Shirland Welfare Training appoint Andrew Dennis as their new MD.

Following the recent retirement of Marie Smith as Musical Director at Shirland Welfare Training Band, the organisation has announced the appointment of Andrew Dennis to the post with immediate effect.

A spokesperson for the band told 4BR: "The band wish Marie a happy retirement and look forward to progressing forward from the platform marie has built with Andrew."
