St Dennis reach the top

The St Dennis Band will be playing in the top section once again in 2009.

St Dennis

The St Dennis Band have recently been informed that they will be promoted to the Championship Section at beginning of 2009.

Decade of success

St Dennis was competing nationally in the Fourth Section in 1999. Since then, the band have continually worked hard to attain the ambitious goal of returning to the Championship Section.

After only ten years they have reached their target and from 2009 will return to the Championship Section. Over these years there have been many victorious moments including qualification for the National Finals 5 times from which they have become National Champions twice.

Whilst there have been some changes in band personnel over the years, many of the original members still exist within the band of today.
