Free admission at English Nationals

All competitors to get free entry into contest.

The British Federation of Brass Bands (BFBB) has responded to the call from competitors at its flagship event, the English National Brass Band Championships (ENBBC), and has confirmed that all competitors will receive free admission into the contest auditorium in order to listen to bands.

Wristbands

Wristbands will be issued to all competing bandspeople on the day of the contest which takes place on Saturday 28 June in Preston’s Guild Hall.

The adjudicators are Nigel Boddice, David Horsfield and Chris Wormald.

The winners will be invited to represent England at the 2009 European Brass Band Championships to be held in Ostende, Belgium (22nd April — 3rd May).

Harlow Brass Band

November 8 • We have vacancies for CORNETS, TROMBONES, 2ND HORN AND PERCUSSION. We are a welcoming, non contesting band who organising their own Spring and Christmas concerts and enjoy playing at local events throughout the year.


West Wycombe Brass Band
