Size sponsors SABA

The South Australian Band Association (SABA) is pleased to announce that Size Music will be the major sponsor for the 2008 SABA State Band Championships.

SABA

Size Music has been a consistent supporter and partner to many community-based music events held in and around Adelaide, including the Barossa Band Festival in 2006 and Orchestra’s Australia’s Big Play in 2007.

I look forward to a long and mutually beneficial association between Size Music and banding in this State.Kevin Cameron, SABA President

This new sponsorship agreement will provide funds in support of the staging of the State Championships at Elder Hall — a wonderful professional venue – and paying costs associated with adjudicators.

In addition, Size Music will donate a perpetual shield and a $250.00 Size Music voucher to be awarded as the Band Aggregate Prize at the SABA Solo Championships in June.

Size Music is proud to be able to support the Concert and Brass Band community in South Australia, said Managing Director Andrew Size.

"On behalf of all members of the South Australian Band Association, I would like to thank Size Music for supporting our key banding events with such a generous contribution. I look forward to a long and mutually beneficial association between Size Music and banding in this State," said SABA President Kevin Cameron.

The SABA Solo Championships will be held at Pembroke School in 14-15 June.

The SABA State Band Championships will be held at Elder Hall, University of Adelaide, on Saturday 16 August.
