Derwent join vocal forces

Derwent Brass recently joined forces with one of the very best Male Voice Choirs from Wales.

Derwent Brass

Last Saturday night saw Derwent Brass join forces with the famous Treorchy Male Voice Choir to perform to a sell out audience at the Derby Assembly rooms.

The concert was compered by Steve Blakeley (PC Younger from ITVs 'Heartbeat') and invited dignitaries included band patrons, Lady Hilton and no less than three Mayors!

With an audience of over 1000 filling the Great Hall at the Assembly Rooms in their home town, Derwent Brass were on sparkling form with traditional music, a big band and film set, as well as joining forces with the boys from Treorchy for combined items.
