Aberystwyth Silver Band has announced the departure of Eb Bass player, David Holmes.

Loyal

David, who has been a loyal member to the band throughout his tenure, hails from Bradford, previously having played for the Clifton and Lightcliffe Brass Band. After completing his Masters degree in Managing the Environment at Aberystwyth University he is returning home.

The Band also took the opportunity to extend its thanks to David for all his hard work not only as a player but as Treasurer and to say that he will be greatly missed and we wish him all the very best in the future.
