Redbridge Brass has announced that Rob Wiffin will be leading the defence of their title at the forthcoming regional contest in Stevenage as they look to make it six wins out of the last seven.

Impressed

Band Secretary Tim Morgan told 4BR: "We first worked with Rob briefly last year as we worked on Isaiah 40. We were very impressed then with his professionalism and musicianship and are absolutely delighted to be working with him now on a more formal basis."

Welcome

The band has also welcomed Jayne Murrill to the ranks on solo trombone. Jayne, who also conducts East London Brass, brings with her a wealth of playing experience at the very highest level.
