World Cup history
Prior to numerous multi-million pound refurbishments, the Royal Garden Hotel is best known for hosting the 1966 England World Cup winning team celebrations.
On Tuesday it will welcome many senior Government figures to the dinner, sponsored by the British Educational Suppliers Association, at which security is expected to be particularly tight.
