The Wychavon Festival of Brass organisers are inviting young players to take part in a brass band masterclass led by North West Regional Champions, Foden's.
The free event is being held on Saturday, 23rd May at Routh Hall at Bromsgrove School, and will be open to players aged 10-18 of Grade 5 standard and above.
It will run from 10.00am to 2.00pm, ending with a short performance alongside the Foden's players on the repertoire studied.
Amazing opportunity
Oli Wilson, Wychavon Festival of Brass Chairperson told 4BR: "This is an amazing opportunity for young musicians from across the UK to learn from great players.
If you are around Grade 5 standard and have a passion to enjoy and improve your playing, then get in touch and come along. Places are available for all instruments, including percussion."
He added: "Last year's event was a huge success are we are really excited to be offering this day for free to players. We hope to see you there!"
