'Travelin' Prayer' was written by American songwriter Billy Joel as the opening track for his critically acclaimed 1973 Album 'Piano Man'. This skilful arrangement by Philip Harper features seven soloists: 2 cornets; flugel; horn; baritone; trombone and euphonium.
Arranged in the style of a wild bluegrass hoe-down this showstopper was used by Cory Band in its winning 2024 Brass in Concert programme.
