All Your Anxiety (Edward Joy arr. Jonathan Rowsell)
This new work is a reflective composition inspired by Edward Joy's sacred song. Drawing deeply from the hymn's text and message, it explores the tension between human unease and the promise of peace found in faith.

God so Loved the World (John Stainer arr. Keith M. Wilkinson)
John Stainer's anthem come from his oratorio, 'The Crucifixion', skilfully arranged by Keith Wilkinson. It is a sublime expression of a text from the Gospel of John. Although set as a standalone item and is a semi-tone below the original pitch, it also works well as a choral accompaniment.
Great is Thy Faithfulness (Runyan arr. Dan Forrest trs. Wainwright)
This setting of the classic hymn has become a popular item for choirs. This setting by Andrew Wainwright was commissioned by the Melbourne Staff Band to commemorate Bandmaster Ken Waterworth's final year as Bandmaster before his retirement.
For bands looking to combine with a choir, the setting is in the same key and format as the original choral version.

Good Friday Music (Wagner arr. Brian Bowen)
This excerpt from Wagner's 'Parsifal', is a poignant meditation on the chief themes contained in the opera. The affirmative six-note Dresden Amen is very present in this expertly set arrangement by the late Brian Bowen.

Love Divine (Blaenwern) (William Rowlands arr. Kenneth Downie)
This delightful setting is based on the much-loved hymn, also known as Blaenwern.
An optional organ part can also enhance the last verse.

Be Thou My Vision (Traditional arr. Andrew Wainwright)
An evocative arrangement of the popular hymn, also known as Slane which brings the ethereal quality of the music to the fore. The arrangement was commissioned by the Nebraska Brass Band and its Musical Director Glenn Greet.
The three-verse setting grows to a glorious climax before dying away to a serene ending.

This is my Father's World (arr. William Himes)
Maltbie D. Babcock's hymn has been linked for more than a century to the English folk melody, Terra Beata. This colourful setting by William Himes emulates the concept of 'text painting', wherein the music strives to reflect the literal meaning of the lyrics.

Rockingham (Edward Miller arr. Karl Whelan)
This sublime arrangement of 'When I survey the wondrous cross', was arranged by Karl Whelan in memory of Frank Naylor, a member of North Ashton Band. In reference to his own favourite slow melody piece of choice, there is a reference in the trombones to 'Star of Bethlehem' by Stephen Adams, leading into the final verse.

Miserere mei, Deus (Gregorio Allegri arr. Espen Haukas)
This renowned example of Renaissance polyphony is reimagined by Espen Haukas for two brass choirs designed to be positioned antiphonally in a large hall or church.
It features an atmospheric introduction and focuses on the original chant, utilizing spatially separated ensembles to mirror the work's performance history.
Verleih Uns Frieden (Mendelssohn arr. Edward Mylechreest)
Mendelssohn's Choral Cantata has been adapted by Edward Mylechreest and is a setting of Martin Luther's sacred words rightly regarded as a staple of the choral canon.
'Sanctus' from Fauré's 'Requiem' — (Faure arr. Andrew Wainwright)
Fauré's Requiem stands as one of the most cherished choral works — the Sanctus, a pivotal movement encapsulating a sense of peace and transcendence.
This setting by Andrew Wainwright remains faithful to the essence of Fauré's original orchestration, although is scored down a tone from the original.

Love Eternal (Jarrod Cooper arr. Gavin Lamplough)
This wonderful work has been arranged as a trombone solo for Isobel Daws and the Melbourne Staff Band. The arranger uses Jarod Cooper's popular contemporary worship song King of Kings, Majesty as the basis to also provide a vehicle for the tenor horn.
